Particular attention was paid to the stay of this great Polish and European poet in the Karkonosze mountains in 1848. During this journey he was accompanied by one of his last female friends-Zofia Mielecka-Wygierska, who later became a well-known journalist, and who, years afterwards, wrote an account of their visit to the region. In the final part of the article there is information on the 200th birthday celebrations (1809-2009) held in Kolegium Karkonoskie in Jelenia Góra.
<pdfFileUrl>https://acc-ern.tul.cz/archiv/PDF/ACC_2009_2_01.pdf</pdfFileUrl><publicationDate>2009-12-30</publicationDate><pageFrom>6</pageFrom><pageTo>13</pageTo><doi/></languageVersion><authors><author><name>Henryk</name><surname>Gradkowski</surname><order>1</order><instituteAffiliation/><role>AUTHOR</role></author></authors><references/></article><article externalId="ACC_21741"><type>ORIGINAL_ARTICLE</type><languageVersion externalId="en21741" language="en"><title>HARMONIC ANALYSIS - A NEGLECTED TOOL IN ANALYSING TIME SERIES OF ECONOMIC INDICATORS </title>
The paper focuses on possibilities of harmonic analysis usage for practical research into time series of economic indicators. It is a method in which a frequency factor is the most important one; it is not a time variable. This approach is based on mathematical methods like Fourier analysis. The basic element is the so called trigonometric polynom, which enables descriptions of periodical properties of time series. A suitable instrument for detection of such periodical components is the periodogram. It allows us to get an idea about the occurence intensity of particular frequencies in a time series. Periods the significance of which are proved exactly by using some test of periodicity can be marked as holders of periodicity in a behaviour of a given paper the methods of harmonic analysis were applied on the time series of monthly data about inflation rate in the Czech Republic in 2003 – 2007.
<pdfFileUrl>https://acc-ern.tul.cz/archiv/PDF/ACC_2009_2_02.pdf</pdfFileUrl><publicationDate>2009-12-30</publicationDate><pageFrom>14</pageFrom><pageTo>22</pageTo><doi/></languageVersion><authors><author><name>Kateřina</name><surname>Gurinová</surname><order>1</order><instituteAffiliation/><role>AUTHOR</role></author><author><name>Valentová Vladimíra</name><surname>Hovorková</surname><order>2</order><instituteAffiliation/><role>AUTHOR</role></author></authors><references/></article><article externalId="ACC_21742"><type>ORIGINAL_ARTICLE</type><languageVersion externalId="en21742" language="en"><title>Cultural standards in czech-german cooperations</title>
Within the increasing transnational cooperation, culture and cultural standards constitute barriers which have to be considered by the business partners. Every non-consideration of the foreign culture may result in incomprehension and in the failure of inter-cultural cooperation. That is why both sides should become more sensitive in terms of the cultural standards of their foreign partner. It is generally assumed there is a very significant relationship of physical fitness to the locomotor activity. The main objective of the project is to establish the levels of physical activity and the physical fitness of school-aged children in the Liberec region. The studied group consisted of 130 boys and 133 girls aged 10-12 years. The research results confirm the insufficient level of physical activity in contrast to the results of the level of physical fitness. Requirements of its information management are derived from Trends in vehicle development. The extent to which the information management of vehicle development can fulfil those requirements is assessed by means of examining the information flows and the computer-aided systems in today's automotive development projects. This tendency has contributed to the origin of prefixoids and suffixoids. These phenomena are covered widely in research literature. Presently, a contradictory process seems to be in progress, which can be illustrated on individual examples. This trend has not been distinguished yet in a majority of descriptions of processes. The author puts a particular focus on Corporate Blogs as a communication tool, and presents her comprehension of the state of research in this field. EU budgetary process can be divided into two budgetary processes: the annual budgetary process and medium-term financial perspectives. The annual budgetary process is described in the Treaty, and it is designed and formed by three official institutions: The European Commission, The Council of the EU and the European Parliament. The last two institutions listed are the only official budgetary authorities with budgetary competencies. On the other hand, the financial perspective is not characterized in the Treaty. It is the European Council, which has the strongest unofficial influence on the size and structure of the financial perspective. As the financial perspective represents a budgetary anchor (budgetary framework) for the EU annual budgetary process, the European Council has a very strong influence on the EU annual budgetary process and the EU budgetary policy as whole.
<pdfFileUrl>https://acc-ern.tul.cz/archiv/PDF/ACC_2009_2_11.pdf</pdfFileUrl><publicationDate>2009-12-30</publicationDate><pageFrom>98</pageFrom><pageTo>104</pageTo><doi/></languageVersion><authors><author><name>Ivana</name><surname>Šimíková</surname><order>1</order><instituteAffiliation/><role>AUTHOR</role></author></authors><references/></article><article externalId="ACC_21751"><type>ORIGINAL_ARTICLE</type><languageVersion externalId="en21751" language="en"><title>The European union language policy</title>
In the EU citizens speak 23official languages. In the case of revenues this means that companies which in a given period show above-average revenues' growth in the following periods express the tendency to show slower pace of this growth and companies which in a given period show below-average revenues' growth in the following periods express the tendency to show faster pace of growth.
