Vážení aktéři Euroregionu Nisa/Nysa/Nisa,

Akademické koordinační středisko v Euroregionu Neisse/Nisa/Nysa (ACC) sdružuje akademické aktivity v příhraničním trojzemí Saska, Polska a České republiky. Jeho členy jsou vysoké školy v regionu: Technická univerzita v Liberci, Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz, Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau (IHI), který je součástí TU Dresden, dále Duale Hochschule Sachsen, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu se sídlem v Jelení Hoře a Karkonoska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Jeleniej Górze.

Kromě vydávání vědeckého časopisu a pravidelných konferencí pro mladé vědce v euroregionu NISA pořádá předsednictví ACC (v letech 2024-26 ho zastává TU v Liberci) euroregionální konferenci, na níž jsou diskutována a koordinována zastřešující témata vědeckými subjekty z regionu tří zemí. Cílem je podpořit vznik trinacionálního „kampusu“, kde je realizován nadnárodní a transdisciplinární výzkum hlavních výzev dnešní doby se zvláštním zaměřením na náš region.

Předchozí ročník, který v říjnu 2023 v IBZ St. Marienthal organizoval IHI Zittau, se zaměřil na téma „Transformace“. Letošní ročník, který se bude konat ve dnech 3.- 4. září 2025 v Liberci v rámci bienále „Libereckého ekonomického fóra“ (LEF) pod záštitou děkana Ekonomické fakulty TUL Mgr. Ing. Marka Skály, Ph.D., představí projekty přeshraniční spolupráce a budou zde identifikovány některé hlavní směry budoucího společného výzkumu.

Szanowni aktorzy Euroregionu Neisse-Nisa-Nysa,

Akademickie Centrum Koordynacyjne w Euroregionie Neisse-Nisa-Nysa (ACC) łączy działania akademickie w przygranicznym trójkącie Saksonii, Polski i Republiki Czeskiej. Jego członkami są uniwersytety z regionu: Uniwersytet Techniczny w Libercu, Szkoła Wyższa w Zittau/Görlitz, International University Institute Zittau (IHI), który jest częścią TU Dresden, Duale Hochschule Sachsen, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu z siedzibą w Jeleniej Górze (WUE) oraz Karkonoska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Jeleniej Górze.

Oprócz wydawania czasopisma naukowego i regularnych konferencji dla młodych naukowców
w euroregionie, uczelnia sprawującą prezydencję w ACC (w latach 2024-2026 to Uniwersytet Techniczny w Libercu) organizuje euroregionalną konferencję, podczas której instytucje naukowe
z regionu trzech krajów wymieniają poglądy i koordynują główne tematy. Celem jest wsparcie stworzenia trójnarodowego „kampusu”, w którym prowadzone są transnarodowe i transdyscyplinarne badania nad głównymi wyzwaniami współczesnych czasów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem naszego regionu.

Poprzednia edycja, która była zorganizowana w październiku 2023 roku w IBZ St. Marienthal przez IHI Zittau, skupiła się na temacie „Transformacja”. Podczas nadchodzącej edycji, która odbędzie się
w dniach 3-4 września 2025 roku w Libercu w ramach biennale „Libereckiego Forum Ekonomicznego” (LFE) pod patronatem Dziekana Wydziału Ekonomicznego Uniwersytetu Technicznego w  Libercu, Mgr. doc.  Marka Skáli, Ph.D., przedstawione zostaną projekty współpracy transgranicznej, określające niektóre główne kierunki przyszłych wspólnych badań. Serdecznie zapraszamy do udziału - także z własnymi wystąpieniami na temat aktualnych lub planowanych transgranicznych projektów badawczych.

Liebe Akteure der Euroregion Neisse/Nysa/Nisa,

das Akademische Koordinierungszentrum der Euroregion Neisse/Nysa/Nisa (ACC) bündelt dieakademischen Aktivitäten im Dreiländereck Sachsen, Polen, Tschechien. Mitglieder sind die Hochschulen der Region: Technische Universität Liberec, Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz, Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau (IHI) als Teil der TU Dresden, weiter Duale Hochschule Sachsen, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu angesiedelt in Jelenia Góra und Karkonoska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych in Jelenia Góra.

Neben der Herausgabe eines wissenschaftlichen Journals und regelmäßigen Konferenzen für den wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs der Euroregion veranstaltet die jeweilige Präsidentschaft des ACC
(in den Jahren 2024-26 liegt sie bei der TU Liberec) eine euroregionale Konferenz, bei der sich die wissenschaftlichen Akteure des Dreiländerecks zu übergreifenden Themen austauschen und abstimmen. So soll die Entstehung eines trinationalen „Campus“ befördert werden, auf dem transnational und transdisziplinär zu den großen Herausforderungen unserer Zeit mit besonderem Fokus auf unsere Region geforscht wird.

Bei der vorigen, vom IHI Zittau kuratierten Ausgabe im Oktober 2023 im IBZ St. Marienthal stand das Thema „Transformation“ im Vordergrund. Bei der kommenden Ausgabe, die am 3./4.9.25 in Liberec im Rahmen des biennalen „Liberec Economic Forum“ (LEF) unter der Schirmherrschaft des Dekans der Wirtschaftsfakultät der TU Liberec, Herrn Ing. Mgr. Marek Skála, Ph.D. stattfindet, sollen themenoffen grenzüberschreitende Kooperationsprojekte vorgestellt und somit einige Hauptlinien künftiger gemeinsamer Forschung identifiziert werden. Dear stakeholders of the Neisse/Nysa/Nisa Euroregion,

The Academic Coordination Centre in the Neisse/Nysa/Nisa Euroregion bundles together the academic activities in the border triangle of Saxony, Poland and the Czech Republic. Its members are the universities in the region: Technical University of Liberec, Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz, Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau (IHI), which is part of TU Dresden, Duale Hochschule Sachsen, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu based in Jelenia Góra and Karkonoska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych
w Jeleniej Górze.

In addition to the publication of a scientific journal and regular conferences for young scientists in the Euroregion Nisa, the respective presidency of the ACC (which is currently held by TU Liberec from 2024 to 2026) organizes a Euroregional conference at which the scientific community of the tri-border region exchanges and coordinates on overarching topics. The aim is to promote the creation of a tri-national “campus” where transnational and transdisciplinary research is carried out on the major challenges of our time, with a particular focus on our region.

The previous edition, curated by IHI Zittau in October 2023 at the IBZ St. Marienthal, focused on the topic of “Transformation”. The upcoming edition will take place on September 3rd - 4th in Liberec,
as part of the biennial “Liberec Economic Forum” (LEF) under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the TU Liberec, Mgr. Marek Skála, Ph.D. Cross-border cooperation projects will be presented and thus some main topics for future joint research will be identified.
